Anita Kubicka is a Hall of Fame coach and one of the most accomplished figures in Division III softball. Over 33 seasons at Montclair State, she amassed 966 victories, led her teams to 14 NCAA tournaments and five national championship appearances, and coached 39 All-Americans while ensuring her programs consistently met the highest NCAA compliance and academic standards.
Elected to the NFCA Hall of Fame in 2014, Anita is recognized for building championship-caliber programs, fostering student-athlete success, and navigating the complex landscape of eligibility and compliance.
